Why this Open Source?

In our health-data projects, Caregraf creates and re-uses enabling services, utilities and analyses. We host the best of them here, openly, because we think Health-IT needs to leap beyond plumbing and data-formatting to focus on in-depth data-analysis, data-centric integration and better representation.
